Our fees depending on the clients location, and general needs.  For here we are providing you with a basic understanding of our fees.  In order to prevent confusion and surprise, we will discuss these fees with you personally.

Standard Residential Inspection

$270.00 to $375.00 depending on county client is located in. Size of home is less than 3000 sq ft, up to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  Any additional bedrooms $40.00 each, additional bathroom $25.00

Upscale Homes:

$500.00 up to 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths. Additional costs for bedrooms, pools, spa, etc. Call for quote.

Commercial Property Inspection

$500.00. Add $100.00 for each additional unit within the main structure. Example: Mini mall with 8 stores would costs $500.00 for the first main structure, plus $700.00 for the additional seven stores for a total of $1200.00. Call for quote.

Industrial Inspection

Vary in prices depending on size and present useage of facility. Quoted over phone.

Other testing and prices not included in standard inspection:

Radon Gas Testing

 (By A DEP Licensed Tester) $125.00

Wood Destroying Insect Infestation $75.00

Well Water Test (E- Coli Only) $50.00

Mold

Resiendial Energy Efficency Inspection:

$250.00 to $400.00 depending on size of structure and location of client.

Commercial Energy Efficency Inspection:

$350.00 and up. Depending on size of structure, and clients needs.

Industrial Energy Efficency Inspection:

$450.00 and up. Depending on size of structure, and clients needs.

Pools/Spa:

We also provide inspection of all indoor and outdoor pools, spa's, ponds, etc.
        

Our inspectors have numerous credentials relating to the home inspection industry. No all inspectors have the same certifications.

Our inspectors are comitted to continued educational seminars or acredited courses in relation to the home inspection industry.  It is imperative and paramount to maintain continuous education for the safety of our clients and the inspectors.
