Rainbow Inspection does not pay to be placed on any realtors "preferred listings", under any circumstances, regardless of associated cost.
Realtors play a very important role with buyers and sellers. There services are imperative during the process of the selling and buying stages. They certainly earn their money from their clients for their long hours and professionalism. But despite their professionalism we believe realtors should never produce a "preferred listing".
Whenever there is a preferred listing of home inspectors, this list should include every inspector, where there clients should be able to contact each inspector.
Some claim the costs for the preferred listing is "advertising costs", and this is simply not acceptable or believable.
