Our inspection reports are computer generated. You will receive a copy of your report in person, mail, or email.

Each report is anywhere from 15 to 35 pages in length, depending on each clients preferences. Digital pictures will accompany all reports.

Our reports are comprehensive, but also realistic. Our clients are informed of every and any defective component within the frame of the inspection. During the inspection process we prefer the client to be present, but this is not mandatory, but helpful. During this time, issues are discussed with the client how to resolve the a potential minor or dangerous situation. 

There is balance of fairness seen throughout the report. We do not nick pick any home. There is no such thing as the perfect home. Our objective to to provide our clients with a unbiased opinion on the condition of the property in question, period. 

No inspector is assigned more than two [2] inspections per day. Our intent is not only to have inspectors provide a fair analysis of each property, but to spend adequate time with the client and property in question. There are times when our inspector do spend more than 2 or 3 hours on a standard inspection. We represent the client, and our interest will remain with each client regardless how long each inspection takes.

Assigning more than two [2] inspections per day creates a potential issue of negligence. Each report and every defective components within the inspection needs to be addresses. Having said that, adequate time is needed to prepare these reports as well. The only way we can assure the client fairness and total commitment is to assign no more than two [2] inspections per day.
