Mold carries many potential health hazards. If you wish this testing completed during your inspection, we will provide this testing. You may also call us for a mold inspection only.
During our inspection, every effort will be made to locate any Mold and Fungi. When Mold is hidden in walls and hard to get to places, it can be very difficult to locate every contaminated area. A visible intrusion will be made where we can under each circumstance of the client and property in question, but using some of the some modern technology available.
All areas showing mold, or areas of concern that may produce mold will be photograph in detailed, and explained to the client. Numerous samples will be taken in these areas such as swab, tape extractions, or air samples.
We also will use infrared cameras, moisture meters, relative humidity monitors and thermometers to locate this mold. Mold is found in many areas of the home, but can also travel through walls into another area of the another room: You must ask yourself: Is there a "musty smell in your home or building?
- Is there visible signs of water damage anywhere?
- Property ever suffer leaking basement or roof?
- Was there ever a water problem within the home?
- Overflow of any sinks, toilets, and tubs?
- Any sewer overflow?
- Any plumbing leaks?
- Any water problems regardless of age or extent
